Do you like chicken wings? Are you looking for a quick and easy recipe to make some crispy wings at home? Look no further! This recipe is for you!
A little background
Chicken wings are an American staple. Served in bars and restaurants, plain or covered in any of hundreds of different varieties of sauces, they are a meal in themselves.
Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to make your own restaurant-quality wings at home? How about with just 3 ingredients (minus the sauce you choose)?
Easy to prepare and cooks up in less than an hour. You’ll be licking your fingers and craving more!
Check out this recipe and let me know what you think. These are what you would consider a “dry rub,” meaning no vinegar is added. My preference for wings is to have them minus the vinegar, but that’s up to you.
Ways to enjoy this chicken goodness
This is a recipe that I keep on hand. You can eat these by themselves. I love to serve mine with with mashed potatoes and veggies. You can’t go wrong with these easy baked chicken wings.
I also made these into a bit of an American “tapas” experience (well explained by Wikipedia). My friend and I paired them with a roasted carrot and tomato soup, shrimp scampi and some gorgeous caprese salad. It was a delicious evening of wine and food to share with the family.

My inspiration for chicken wings
There are a lot of wings spots in the United States. My favorite is East Coast Wings + Grill. They have a huge menu with options for wings, salads, sandwiches, flatbreads and even Mexican dishes. Consistently great service and food. If you haven’t been already, be sure to check them out.
Their dry rub options come in flavors like Cajun garlic, garlic parmesan and Caribbean, among others. The best dry rub, in my opinion is lemon pepper. Full of flavor and just the right amount of spice. Crispy, delicious goodness.
